The Polder waterproof instant-read food thermometer provides accurate readings in under four seconds. It features an intuitive unfold to-activate and fold closed to turn-off function that makes temperature checking a breeze. The large digital display automatically adjusts to read correctly no matter which way you hold it and the touch screen hold-button feature allows you to pause the reading so you can remove the probe to check the temperature.
