This knife is hand sharpened in the time honored tradition and has a scientifically engineered blade for perfect rocking action. The forged bolster is an added feature that ensures the perfect balance and increases safety. Normal cleaning, hand wash in warm soapy water with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth.
