  • Non-drying formula glides on to help prevent lipstick from feathering.
  • Use it to line and define lips, then fill in with your favorite lip color.
  • For definition and more color depth, smooth Quickliner™ For Lips all over your lips before lipstick application. This creates a base of color for your lipstick or lip gloss. Use a coordinating shade of liner.
  • Or try a lip liner shade that’s darker or lighter than your lipstick to create unique effects.

HOW TO USE
  • Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
  • Follow dot-dot-dash method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on upper lip’s bow, a dash across bottom of lower lip, then connect all three.
  • To help keep lipstick in place, fill in lips with liner, then follow with lipstick.
  • You can also apply it all over your lips, then top with lipstick or lip gloss.
